Shipping to Canada:
Items are shipped from our warehouse in Burlington, ON within 2-4 business days from time of purchase. Shipping speed will vary based on shipping method selected and range from 1-9 business days, which can be selected during the checkout process.
Shipping to Contiguous United States:
Shipping to the contiguous United States is free* for orders over $35 USD with a $5 flat rate shipping charge for all other orders. Items are shipped from our warehouse in Buffalo, NY within 2-4 business days.
*Free shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping fees for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates and APO/FPO addresses will be calculated at checkout.
International Orders:
Great Shot products ship internationally from Canada. Prices and shipping speed vary based on your location, and can be selected during your checkout process. Customer is responsible for any taxes and duty that may be due upon arrival of your item.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted on unworn products within 14 days of arrival. All returned items must be in their original, unopened package with all original tags/tickets attached, and in new condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. To start your return process, please email greatshot@greatshotgolfgloves.com.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
While our shipping partners do their best and damages are rare, occasionally there may be damage to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing. If your product is damaged, please take a picture and send it to greatshot@greatshotgolfgloves.com within 14 days of your order arriving.
